Global Talents responsibility will largely comprise of the following:
• Nominate a Client Account Manager as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC), who will be responsible to execute all recruitment requirements of the Client.
• Search through various sources database, job portals, networking with industry professionals, references, for suitable candidates.
• Evaluate and assess the candidates against the agreed position profile and Sell the job opportunity to them and assess the interest of the candidate in exploring the available opportunity.
• Pr-screening of the candidate before submitting the resume to the client which shall ensure matching of the requirement profile
• Assist in co-coordinating the candidates’ interviews with the Client.
• Once a decision to select a candidate is made, assist in negotiation of compensation, acceptance of offer and hand-holding the candidate till joining.
• The response time to search suitable candidates will vary based on the complexity of the position. However, a general response time of 5-10 days or earlier can be assumed for most positions.
• Global Talents will periodically inform and review the progress of the search with the client through phone, email and in-person meetings.
